Chapter 374-B: MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC REVENUE BONDS

All moneys received by the municipality under this chapter shall be deemed to be trust funds to be held and applied solely as provided in this chapter; provided, however, that RSA 31:19-38 shall not apply thereto.
