Chapter 38-A: MUNICIPAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY

Obligations of the authority other than certificates shall be payable from general funds of the authority and shall at no time be a charge against any special fund allocated to the payment of bonds except upon payment of current annual maturities and reserves thereof.
