RSA 383-C:7-704: Examination of Out-of-State Trust Offices.

The commissioner may enter into agreements with any regulatory authority having jurisdiction to examine out-of-state trust offices of trust companies. For those examinations, the cost shall be the same as that provided in RSA 383:11.
