- Chapter ARTICLE 5: Organization and Conversion
(a) A family trust company may be organized as:
(1) A corporation under the Corporation Act;
(2) A limited liability company under the LLC Act; or
(3) A foundation under RSA 564-F.
(b) RSA 383-A:3-303(a) shall not apply to family trust companies.
