Chapter 403-F: MUTUAL INSURANCE HOLDING COMPANIES

A mutual insurance holding company organized under this chapter shall be subject to only those provisions of the laws relating to corporations in general that are not inconsistent with the provisions of title XXXVII, the insurance code.
