Chapter 407-B: GROUP MARKETING OF MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any group plans of group life insurance or group accident and sickness insurance but any existing plan of group motor vehicle insurance now in effect shall conform to the provisions of this chapter.
