RSA 408:29: Variable Products and Separate Accounts.

Any domestic life insurance company which issues variable products shall establish one or more separate accounts known as variable product accounts. Variable product accounts shall comply with all the requirements of separate accounts, pursuant to RSA 408:21-25.
