RSA 408:36: Qualification of Variable Products.

Except for RSA 409:2, in the case of a variable life insurance policy, and except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all pertinent provisions of Title XXXVII shall apply to separate accounts and products relating thereto. Any variable life insurance or annuity contract delivered or issued for delivery in this state shall comply with all respective requirements of this chapter.
