RSA 408-A:5-a: Credit Unemployment Insurance.

Credit unemployment insurance may be sold in connection with loans or other credit transactions, subject to the provisions of this chapter as applied to credit life insurance and credit accident and health insurance. Any insurer authorized to offer the coverage specified by this chapter may sell credit unemployment insurance pursuant to this chapter.
