RSA 420-A:16: Notification of Allowable Benefit.

All health service corporations and every other similar corporation licensed under the laws of another state shall provide to each subscriber, on request, a written statement of the dollar amount of allowable benefit for any procedure which is requested by the appropriate procedure code.
