Chapter 420-F: DELTA DENTAL PLAN OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, INC.

Delta shall collect reasonable rates as described in RSA 420-F:6, designed to permit it to accumulate and maintain a contingency reserve fund which shall not be less than 8 percent of Delta's annual premium risk income.
