RSA 422:10: Public Ownership.

The state and its municipalities are hereby authorized to acquire, construct, maintain, and operate, any air navigation facility, and may do so jointly with the United States, other states, or with each other; provided, that no public airport shall be constructed without approval from the legislative body of the municipality or municipalities in which the airport is proposed to be sited.
