RSA 422:14: Acceptance of Federal Aid.

The state and municipalities are hereby authorized to accept funds from the United States for the construction and maintenance of air navigation facilities. The director is hereby authorized to act for the state and municipalities with representatives of the federal government in all matters pertaining to acceptance of such federal aid.
