RSA 422:33: Transfer.

The owner of any aircraft for which the aircraft operating fee has been paid shall, upon transfer of the state registration certificate in accordance with the provisions of RSA 422:31, IV, be entitled to a credit in the amount of any such fee toward any other such fee required in the same registration year.
