RSA 435:38: Cooperation With the Federal Government.

Insofar as available funds will permit, the commissioner or the state veterinarian is authorized to cooperate with the United States Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Animal Industry as set forth in RSA 436:6 and may pay such indemnities as may be agreed upon, but in no case shall the indemnities paid by the state of New Hampshire exceed that paid by the United States Government, and in no case shall indemnity be paid by the state of New Hampshire for swine fed garbage that has not been treated as provided for in RSA 435:36.
