RSA 47:11-b: Group Homes.

The city councils may appropriate money to support or aid group homes. For the purposes of this section, a group home is an institution or home which is supervised and licensed pursuant to the provisions of RSA 161:2, IV, and provides residential and counseling services to persons under the age of 21.
