RSA 5:15: Uniform Records for Licensing Boards and Commissions.

So far as practicable, and after consultation with the professional and trade licensing and registering boards and commissions within the department of state, the secretary of state shall prescribe uniform procedures for all secretarial and recording activities of said boards and commissions.
