RSA 564:11: Effect of Appointment.

Every trustee appointed by the judge shall be bound by the provisions of this chapter in the same manner as if he were appointed by the will, and the estate given in trust shall vest in such trustee in like manner, to all intents and purposes, as the same vested in the original trustee under the will.
