RSA 564-F:18-1804: Attorney's Fees and Costs.

In a judicial proceeding involving a foundation's administration, the court may award costs and expenses as justice and equity may require, including reasonable attorney's fees, to any party, to be paid by another party or from the foundation that is the subject of the controversy.
