RSA 6-A:8: Consolidation.

The bonds authorized by one or more acts of the legislature may be combined by the state treasurer, and with the approval of the governor and council, upon their issue into one or more consolidated issues. The particular bonds of such consolidated issue issued under each authority may but need not be designated by number or otherwise.
