RSA 621:22: Children in Residential Care.

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other statute, whenever the department releases a child and contracts for the child's residential care in a facility which has been approved by the department of health and human services, payment for the care shall be charged in accordance with RSA 169-B:40 and RSA 621:31.
