RSA 9:4-e: University System of New Hampshire and Community College System of New Hampshire Operating Budgets.

For the university system of New Hampshire and community college system of New Hampshire, the state operating budget shall include only general fund appropriations. The chancellor of the university system and the chancellor of the community college system shall provide detailed budgets of their respective system operations upon legislative or executive request.
