RSA 9-C:5: Department of Environmental Services Assistance.

The department of environmental services shall assist state agencies, as time and resources permit, to identify waste reduction and recycling opportunities. Such assistance shall include, but not be limited to, the preparation of waste minimization and recycling guidelines and office or site visits. The department shall also be available to the division for consultation relative to the division's duties under this chapter.
