Chapter 94: COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN STATE OFFICERS

Any full-time classified employee who transfers from classified service to the court system, without a break in service, may transfer all annual leave, sick leave, longevity pay, and bonus time already accumulated in the classified service to the court system.
