N.J. Stat. § 11A:2-7: Subpenas; oaths.

Subpenas; oaths. The commission may subpena and require the attendance of witnesses in this State and the production of evidence or documents relevant to any proceeding under this title. Those persons may also administer oaths and take testimony. Subpenas issued under this section shall be enforceable by order of the Superior Court.
