TITLE 16 CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS, RELIGIOUS

The provisions of article 1 of chapter 1 of this title (s. 16:1-1 et seq.) shall be applicable to any Baptist churches which do not avail themselves of the special provisions of this article.
