N.J. Stat. § 17:9A-252: Definitions

For the purposes of this article,

(1) "bank" shall mean a bank or savings bank;

(2) "board of directors" shall include the board of directors of a bank and the board of managers of a savings bank; and

(3) "director" shall include a director of a bank and a manager of a savings bank.
