N.J. Stat. § 23:8A-2: Title in name of state; use

TITLE 23 FISH AND GAME, WILD BIRDS AND ANIMALS

Whenever lands are received in exchange, title to same shall be taken in the name of the State of New Jersey, and they shall be held for the use and purposes of the Division of Fish and Game.
