N.J. Stat. § 26:17-5: Statewide 2-1-1 telephone system, safe disposal sites, information.

1. The Department of Health shall periodically provide the Statewide 2-1-1 telephone system with information regarding the location of safe disposal sites for hypodermic syringes and needles and prescription drugs and medication for dissemination to customers of the Statewide 2-1-1 telephone system upon customers' request.
