N.J. Stat. § 26:8-46: Indorsement of record upon cancellation.

Upon presenting a certified copy of said order to the State Registrar, he shall indorse on the return of the marriage or civil union the following words: "This marriage or civil union declared void by the Superior Court. See order hereto annexed" and shall annex the certified copy to the return.
