N.J. Stat. § 26:8-51: Corrections to marriage, civil union, domestic partnership certificates.

Corrections to marriage, civil union, domestic partnership certificates. Corrections to marriage, civil union or domestic partnership certificates shall be signed by the person who signed the certificate or by any other person having personal knowledge of the matters sought to be corrected which other person shall state such matters on his oath.
