- TITLE 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Every person who has reached the age of majority pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1972, c.81 (C.9:17B-3) and has the mental capacity may prosecute or defend any action in any court, in person or through another duly admitted to the practice of law in this State.
