N.J. Stat. § 2A:16-1: Effective from time of entry

- TITLE 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
No judgment of the Superior Court shall affect or bind any real estate, but from the time of the actual entry of such judgment on the minutes or records of the court.
