TITLE 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE

6. a. Any attempted levy, execution, or sale in violation of this act shall be void and unenforceable.

b. The protections under this act are in addition to any rights provided under federal law, including the “Servicemembers Civil Relief Act,” 50 U.S.C. s.3901 et seq.
