N.J. Stat. § 2A:18-39: Satisfaction of docketed judgment; entry

- TITLE 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Satisfaction of a judgment docketed as herein provided may be entered in the same manner and upon the same evidence in which satisfaction of an original judgment of the Superior Court other than of the Special Civil Part.
