TITLE 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE

Any person arrested as stated in N.J.S.2A:20-2 and who has given the bond therein prescribed, may bring an action in a summary manner for his discharge under this chapter in the Superior Court.
