N.J. Stat. § 2C:28-5.4: Standard for issuance

- TITLE 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
No order may be issued under this act unless the court's findings are made upon a preponderance of evidence adduced at a hearing. The rules of evidence shall not be applicable to any such hearing.
