- TITLE 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
A person commits a disorderly persons offense if, with purpose to prevent or disrupt a lawful meeting, procession or gathering, he does an act tending to obstruct or interfere with it physically.
