TITLE 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit any activity authorized by the "Casino Control Act" (P.L.1977, c. 110; C. 5:12-1 et seq.), or to supersede any provision of said act.
