N.J. Stat. § 30:1-18: Jurisdiction of Superior Court over persons who are mentally ill or incapacitated not affected.

No provision of this Title shall restrain or abridge the power and authority of the Superior Court over the persons and property of persons who are mentally ill or incapacitated.
