N.J. Stat. § 30:4-147: Commitment of males to Youth Correctional Institution Complex

- TITLE 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
Any male person who is 14 years of age or older and less than 31 years old, who has been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the State Prison, who has not previously been sentenced to a State Prison in this State, or in any other state, may be committed to the Youth Correctional Institution Complex.
