N.J. Stat. § 30:4D-7bbb: Application for State plan amendments, waivers as necessary.

3. The Commissioner of Human Services shall apply for such State plan amendments or waivers as shall be necessary to implement the provisions of this act and to ensure federal financial participation for State expenditures under the federal Medicaid program and the Children’s Health Insurance Program.
