N.J. Stat. § 30:7-12: Property of home tax exempt

TITLE 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES

The property, real and personal, of the board of managers of the New Jersey Firemen's Home and held or used for the uses and purposes of the firemen's home shall be exempt from taxation, State or municipal under any law of the State.
