N.J. Stat. § 32:27-23: Tax exemption

- TITLE 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The commission shall not be subject to any taxation by the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any local government thereof.
