N.J. Stat. § 34:11A-10: Responsibility for damages

- TITLE 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
If a notice filed pursuant to section 4 of this act is willfully or knowingly in excess of the amounts due the fringe benefit fund, the fund shall be responsible for any damages incurred.
