20. The Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development, in consultation with the Commissioner of Education, shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of sections 14 through 19 of P.L.2021, c.27 (C.34:15C-10.3 through C.34:15C-10.8).
