N.J. Stat. § 34:1B-21.41: Annual appropriations, New Jersey Economic Development Authority.

34. The Legislature shall annually appropriate to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority for deposit into the "Charter School and Renaissance School Project Facilities Loan Fund" such funds as are necessary for the implementation of sections 30 through 33 of P.L.2023, c.311 (C.34:1B-21.37 through 34:1B-21.40) until such time as the loan program becomes self-sustaining. The New Jersey Economic Development Authority may also utilize such other funds, including federal funds, as available, for deposit into the "Charter School and Renaissance School Project Facilities Loan Fund."
