N.J. Stat. § 36:1-6: Father's day

TITLE 36 LEGAL HOLIDAYS

For the purpose of paying a special tribute to fathers, the third Sunday of June in each year is designated as a day for the general observance of that purpose and shall be known as Father's Day.
