N.J. Stat. § 36:2-328: Annual observance.

2. The Governor is respectfully requested to annually issue a proclamation recognizing March of each year as "Professional Social Work Month" in New Jersey and call upon public officials and the residents of the State of New Jersey to observe the month with appropriate activities and programs.
