N.J. Stat. § 38:25A-5: Approved label on poppies

TITLE 38 MILITIA--SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND MARINES

All such poppies or any poppy as heretofore designated shall bear a label approved and sanctioned by such veteran organizations as heretofore set forth.
